About Us

ClassicCruiser wants to make finding custom parts for your motorcycle easy. Established in 2000, we continue to expand the features of our web site and the depth of our product catalog. Our store is located on the web. We have no physical store front, and that allows us to bring you the best parts at the best prices. That doesn't mean we're not here to help. We have an extensive support section on our web site that allows you to find instruction manuals, track your order, and ask us questions directly.

Fitment Disclaimer

Our website is designed to make finding parts that fit YOUR bike easy. We are constantly updating our catalog data to reflect the most current applications for each part. If you cannot find parts for your specific bike YEAR, try searching without it....we may not have all our parts updated to include your bike YEAR yet.

If you find a part that lists your bike MODEL, but not your bike YEAR, contact us to confirm fitment.

We get our fitment information from the product manufacturers and distributors. Product fitment is based on the STOCK version of the bikes listed. If you have already added accessories to your bike, use some common sense about how a product listed on our site might interfere with your custom configuration. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us or the manufacturer.

Products listed as "Universal" do not necessarily mean that they fit every bike produced. It only means that the product was not designed to be used with a specific set of bikes. Some modification may be needed to fit your specific bike. Use common sense regarding these products. If you have additional questions about the size of a product, or how it attaches, please contact us or the manufacturer.

 Free Shipping

Items that ship free are clearly indicated with the label. Free shipping applies only to the 48 contigious United States. ClassicCruiser reserves the right to choose the method of free shipment, but in almost all cases, items are shipped standard ground shipping. Shipping charges for items that do NOT have the indicator can be viewed when they are added to your cart.

Domestic Shipping

As a matter of policy, will ship anywhere in the world. We know that prompt shipping and delivery of your order are important to you. We also shop and buy online and understand how frustrating it can be to receive an order late or damaged. Unless you specify otherwise, all domestic orders will be shipped by UPS Ground Domestic Shipping. Orders outside the continental United States are handled as international orders.

International Shipping

All orders shipped to international locations are shipped using Express UPS. Our customer service department will calculate the UPS shipping charges once you place your order. You will receive an email notification when the calculation is available online for your approval. You can at that time approve the shipping charges to continue the processing of your order, or decline the charges to cancel your order. There is no fee for cancelling your order prior to shipment. International orders may take several days to process and there may be additional duty charges and brief delays in customs. Any location outside the continental United States is handled as an international order.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.25% will be automatically added to orders shipped to addresses in Texas. This tax, when applicable, will be charged to your card once your order ships.

Returning Merchandise stands behind the products it sells and will accept returns in most circumstances. To make the process of returning merchandise quicker and easier, use our online return request process to get authorization to return the item.

Merchandise Return Policy

  1. Received the wrong product(s)?

    If we make an error on the item(s) we ship to you we will happily incur all shipping costs relating to the error. Notify us within 15 days of receipt using the online request form. Our support department will contact you with further instructions for picking up the incorrect item and replacing it with the correct one at no charge to you.

  2. Damage during Shipping?

    If the item is damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt using the online request form. After we are notified, you must then hold the damaged item for inspection by the carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.).

  3. Defective Merchandise or Missing Pieces?

    If there is a defect in the manufacturing process, materials and/or workmanship of the item, or missing pieces, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt using the online request form. Our support department will contact you with further instructions for replacement of any defective or missing product. After 15 days, or if the item has been installed, please refer to the manufacturer and their warranties and guarantees for remedy.

  4. Need a different size?

    If you want to exchange the size of a rider apparel or helmets, notify us within 15 days of receipt using the online request form. Our support department will contact you with instructions for exchanging the item for a different size. Customers will be responsible for return shipping on size exchanges. If you do not exchange for a different size, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

  5. Other Returns

    If you are not satisfied with the item for any other reason, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt using the online request form . Our support department will contact you with further instructions. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, but will not exceed $50.

  • will only accept returned items that have been authorized by our claims department. is not liable for items returned without authorization. DO NOT return items to the sender address on your package - it will not be accepted.

  • ClassicCruiser will not accept returned merchandise that has been installed or modified regardless of the reason. Helmets and windshields must still have their protective film still in place.

  • Items shipped back to us as returns must be insured for their full value. If they are damaged during shipment back to us and are uninsured, the loss is the customer's responsibility.
